Skewers make the perfect vessel for jumping up and down while holding onto your tater tots. The presentation looks considerably like more effort was put into it than actually is. Much better than people picking out cheesy tater tots out of a bowl!

Ingredients
1-2 Frozen tater tots bags (32 oz) (about 48 pieces)
1 cup Mexican-blend shredded cheese
1/2 cup of chopped bacon (about 8 cooked slices)
Sour cream for dipping
Sliced Scallions (for a colorful garnish)
Around 20 long bamboo skewers

Directions
1. Bake tater tots according to instructions on bag, flip them halfway through, on a greased baking sheet. (Usually on 400F for 25 mins. Flip and then bake another 10 minutes)
2. Let them cool off and then add about 6 to each skewer. (Leave on oven)
3. Shred 1 cup off the block of cheese. (Easier to melt than bagged cheese)
4. Put back on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly onto the skewers. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese melts. Remove, sprinkle scallions and serve with sour cream!
