With a sales receipt, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the original form of tender

With a gift receipt, the item’s purchase price will be refunded via Cupboard gift card

Without a receipt, the item’s current retail price will be refunded via Cupboard gift card

For defective items within the warranty period, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the original form of tender. In some cases, it is necessary to send items directly to manufacturer.

Items that are used but not defective may be refunded in the original form of tender at the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.
