Oatmeal Pancakes

Best Ever Oatmeal Pancakes

You’ll never want to eat plain old oatmeal after trying these pancakes! This is a breakfast favorite from our bakeware buyer, Jami Ryba. They are healthy, delicious, and a great way to start any morning.

Ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal
1 1/8 cup milk
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 cup blueberries or other fruit

Directions:

Mix together oatmeal and milk. Let stand for 20 min.

Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs and oil.

Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then combine with the oatmeal mixture.

Add fruit.

Cook on oiled or buttered pan or griddle until golden brown.
